Will the contract run for the time I have paid for?

We endevour to complete the specified job in the time that was pre-arranged and charged for. We will never quote you for a four day job that takes two days!

However, should complications arise or additional tasks NOT specified in the original brief this will open further discussion and MAY result in additional charges.

What if my guests reduce for a tasting or training event?

Once the terms of the agreement have been made and numbers confirmed with payment made any guest reductions are a loss to the client.

If i’m not happy with the job you have done do I have any recompense?

Regardless of whether it is a tasting/training event or a wine list design, we are confident that we will achieve your desired outcome. The most vital element to booking and a successful outcome is information and communication.

For a Wine Tasting Event do I need to provide wine and glassware?

We can do it either way. If you specify a wine category we can source it, payable by the client or you can advise us of the wines (in appropriate quantity) and we can discuss these. Please be aware that cost is a factor in wine tastings regarding the price (quality) of wines.

We have glassware for 50 guests (white & red tasting glasses). Alternatively, if the event is at a Hotel they may be able to provide glassware. If we need to hire from a local agency the cost is passed onto the client.

Am I licensed to sell liquor?

Yes. My license number is 149771, issued by Manchester City Council on 30/08/2005.
