In choosing ‘Monochrome’ Sommelier Services you are taking positive action to make your business better or your event a success!

To clarify the position of ‘Monochrome’ Sommelier Services:

• All payments are due on booking following consultation via the ‘booking form’ and other means of discussion.

• DO NOT book events prior to a quote - this will be NON-REFUNDABLE but can make up part of the overall fee should you book our services.

• No actions will be taken prior to payment of the required product.

• Be forthright and candid during the discussion phase of booking as additional requests (or lack of information) that result in a prolonged job will result in additional daily charges.

• Failure to pay additional charges (if clearly at fault) will result in termination of contract between yourself and ‘Monochrome’ Sommelier Services with immediate effect.

• International travel is payable and to be booked by the client a fortnight prior to the event or contract.

• International accommodation is to be provided and prebooked by the client for the duration of the contract.

• All expenses are to be covered prior to a Jet or Yacht excursion with arrangemets made to transfer me to the event.
