We provide a ‘hands on’ service of the management of your wine cellar. This all encompassing service removes the need to employ a full time Sommelier and will cost you a fraction of the price.
The service includes 24 hour contact, monthly inventory with reports, sales assessments and proactive adjustments of both cellar and wine list.
This is a collaboration between the Sommelier and the client and is on an open communication basis.
Training packages can be applied with this service at a reduced cost - see ‘Training’ Product.

The ‘booking’ can either be a one-off at the above rate or a monthly service at a reduced rate (to be negotiated).
Our full stock management service involves monthly inventory, replenishment, sourcing new suppliers and communication/guidance regarding your wine offering.
International service applies with any travel paid for in advance by the client. If accommodation is required this will also be provided for by the client.
